Graduation

To receive an associate in arts or associate in science degree or a certificate of achievement, a student is required to meet with a counselor to fill out an Application for Graduation and submit to the Office of Enrollment Services. The process reviews coursework completed at COM and applies any applicable transfer college coursework to the COM degree/certificate major requirements. Applicants will be notified of their eligibility.

Submit official transcripts from all colleges previously attended as part of the graduation review process. Official transcripts from other accredited institutions should be sent to:
College of Marin
Enrollment Services
835 College Ave, Kentfield, CA 94904.

The annual commencement ceremony for the academic year is held each May for eligible candidates. In mid- to late April, eligible participants will receive information about the ceremony. Caps and gowns will be available for purchase in the campus bookstores.

Students wishing to have their name included in the printed commencement program must submit their application for graduation before the spring deadline in March.

Visit our Commencement site for more information regarding the ceremony.
